Shipping, Returns, & Privacy Policy

RETURNS:

Before returning an item I encourage you to reach out to me at tessastormjacques@gmail.com

Returns vary from item to item as follows: 

PRINTS & ORIGINAL ART: Returns accepted. Buyer pays for shipping and will be refunded within 48 hours of items safe return. ITEM MUST BE SHIPPED BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Damages will be subtracted from refund, if any.

COMMISSIONED ART: Returns NOT accepted. Due to the nature of these items, I unfortunately cannot accept returns, as I have no way of reselling your personalized painting and recouping the time already spent. This includes if you ‘ghost’ your commission by not responding to emails - please use an updated email address!

SHIPPING IN THE US:

I ship through USPS priority mail at a flat rate.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped from USPS in the email you provide at checkout. Be on the lookout for it! It will have your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

If you would like expedited shipping, a different carrier, or to add insurance to your shipping, please contact me at tessastormjacques@gmail.com

PRINTS/ORIGINALS CANCELLATIONS: 

Items can be cancelled but MUST be cancelled before the item has been shipped. Once it has been shipped, it is on the buyer to ship it back, unopened, for their refund. Email me at tessastormjacques@gmail.com

COMMISSION CANCELLATIONS:

Commissions can be cancelled within 24hrs of placing the order for a full refund. Commissions cannot be canceled after that, as work has begun on your custom piece. Please email me at tessastormjacques@gmail.com for more.

 

PRIVACY:

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information, for the following: 

- Contact you about your order

- Fulfilling your order

- Tax purposes
